What files can I send?

PDF drawings, 3D models in STEP or IGES, 2D DXF or DWG files, STLs, photos, or a ZIP of everything. If you only have a sample part or a sketch, send photos with the key dimensions. Reverse engineering from samples is one of our services.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes. We ship custom parts and assemblies worldwide, and our Canada office supports customers across North America.

What if the parts aren’t right?

Every order is quality-checked before it ships. If you’re not fully satisfied with the result, we offer a complete refund or accept PO rejection.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes. We encourage a sample order so you can judge our quality and precision before committing to a production run.
